• Advising and representing developers in the enbloc purchase of collective sale sites.
• Acting for various management corporations in the execution of their duties, including the lodgement and discharge of management corporation charges, and preparing for forced sales.
• Handling the various aspects of retail and corporate conveyancing, such as purchase, sale, mortgage, charge, refinancing, filing of notices, etc.
• Preparing various instruments for clients’ succession planning/financial management, such as wills, powers of attorneys, deeds of family arrangement, trusts, etc.
• General conveyancing work such as deed polls, application to note change of name, application to correct data, severance of joint tenancy and application for new certificates of title.
• Inter-department work such as sale/purchase of shares.
• Cross-border work in collaboration with foreign law firms.

Led by our department head, Mr Ow Yong Thian Soo, who has over 40 years of experience as a conveyancer, and our deputy department head, Ms Sharon Tay, a highly experienced conveyancer with over 28 years of experience, our department has represented clients including high net-worth individuals, publicly-listed companies, private corporations, banks, societies, charities, and government authorities in host of different matters.
