If rates are offered with breakfast as a package, the said contracted rates shall be charged regardless of whether breakfast is actually consumed by the guests.

Room Night Commitment:

Rates extended are based on volume usage of 100 room nights yearly and will be reviewed on a half yearly basis. A quarterly review will be conducted by the Hotel to encourage the account to meet the targeted room nights. In the event that the account is unlikely to meet the room night commitment after the review, the Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate this agreement.

Terms and Conditions

Contracted Rate

All contracted rates are stated in Singapore Dollars. These rates are offered for F.I.T. bookings to the Hotel and riot applicable to group. Rates are also subject to review adjustment if production as discussed is not fulfilled.

The above contracted rates may not be valid for groups above 8 rooms. Kindly contact your Hotel Sales Manager for applicable group rates.

Taxes / Service Charges

The Hotel reserves the right to adjust all applicable taxes and service charge in line with government legislation without prior notice.

Reservation Procedures

Reservations are to be made in advance. All reservations are subject to the Hotel's acceptance, which will be confirmed by fax or email.

Guaranteed Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed by guests' credit card (name, credit card number and expiry date) or by the company to secure bookings.

All guaranteed reservations will be held till 1200 hours the following day. In the event of a non-guaranteed booking, the Hotel will reserve the room till 1600 hours prior to the day of arrival, after which the hotel reserves the right to release the reservations.

Cancellation / No- Show Policy

Any cancellation later than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged a one night's cancellation fee. Any no-shows on the day of arrival will be charged a one night's no-show charges.

Check in / Check Out Policy

The check in time for all reservations is at 1400 hours and the check-out time is 1200 hours.

Any requests for early check in or late check out will be subject to availability and the corresponding charges applicable.

Credit Facilities

Direct billing can be arranged based on approved credit facilities. Should credit be extended to your company, all charges are to be settled promptly within 30 days after the guests' departure.


  • The Hotel reserves the right to amend room rates and cancellation charges at the point of reservation. Rooms are not subject to last room availability.

  • The Hotel endeavors to ensure that guest(s) with guaranteed reservation are provided with accommodation, which has been booked. In the event that this is not possible, the Hotel's sole responsibility and liability shall be to provide alternative accommodation in another hotel of comparable standard in Singapore.

  • The Hotel does not agree and will not be responsible or liable for any alternative accommodation not arranged by an authorized manager of the Hotel.

  • The room rates and benefits mentioned are from 1 January till 31 December 2019 (Excluding closed-out dates and any other dates determined by the hotel mentioned below).

Payment Terms

All charges are to be settled upon guests' departure.

Please note that the above corporate rates will apply with additional surcharge for the following closed-out dates and any other dates determined by the hotel:

  • Formula One Grand Prix (September 2019 - Dates to be advised)

  • Additional of SG0250++ per room per night on top of the agreed corporate rates
