Legal Profession Act

The Legal Profession Act is the primary legislation which governs the practice of law in Singapore, and the Law Society was established under the Act.

Professional Conduct Rules

The Legal Profession (Professional Conduct) Rules 2015 set out principles and standards of professional practice, etiquette and conduct which lawyers are required to meet and uphold.
