Services for Members

Every Singapore lawyer who has in force a practising certificate is automatically a member of the Law Society. A foreign lawyer registered under section 36B or 36D Legal Profession Act, or is granted approval under section 176(1) Legal Profession Act is also automatically a member of the Law Society.

If you are a foreign lawyer registered with the Legal Services Regulatory Authority (under section 36C Legal Profession Act) to practise foreign law in Singapore, you may join the Law Society as an Associate Member.

This section of the website sets out the various support schemes, lifestyle benefits and other services for members.
